Hot Marshmallows cooked on an open fire!

13th - 16th February

Pre-Prep have had a wonderful time learning all about fire safety and cooking on open fires. We initially played a lot of safety games, so that everyone knew exactly how to stay safe and move around an open fire. Then on Wednesday we laid and lit a real fire in our 'Forest School Area' it was a little smoky but kept us very warm on a very wet morning. Once the fire had got hot enough we then cooked delicious marshmallows, they were very gooey and extremely tasty!!!! We plan to do more cooking after half term.
