Sovereign Art Foundation Winners
Last night, after months of hard work promoting and voting on exhibitions Island-wide, The Sovereign Art Foundation Guernsey held the Student Prize awards ceremony in the beautiful, festively decorated George Crossan Gallery in the Guernsey Market.
The Ladies' College Art Department are delighted to announce that we were hugely successful, with no less than 6 winners over all the Key Stage groups.
The awards are as follows:
Key Stage 3 Merit Awards: Elise Swain and Lucinda Yang
Key Stage 4 Judges' Award: Winner - Emily Howat
Key Stage 5 Judges' Award: Runner-Up - Chloe Robert
The School's Award: Second Place - The Ladies' College
The Public Vote Award: Winner - Sasha Walker
So we would like to say a Massive CONGRATULATIONS to all the Winners, whose incredible success is a testament not only to their hard work and creative talents but also to the Art Department's belief in them.
You are a credit to The Ladies' College and you should be extremely proud of yourselves - We are!
