Sixth Form Taster Afternoon
On Tuesday, the U5 students spent the afternoon getting a 'taste' Sixth Form life. The event started with a year group lunch in the Leaf Centre. Dr Mitchell was joined by some current Sixth Formers who talked to the students about their Sixth Form experience and what College had to offer in terms of extra-curricular opportunities. After a short fact finding activity, the U5 met with their Lower Sixth buddy to find out more about their subject choices and transition into Sixth Form. Taster lessons were held with Elizabeth College students giving everyone the opportunity to experience a Sixth Form lesson. Thank you to the U5 for their enthusiasm throughout the afternoon and to the Sixth Formers who shared their experiences and offered such wonderful, informative advice.
