Mrs Le Maitre - Director of Sport

BSc Hons Cheltenham & Gloucester College for HE, PGCE

Helen Le Maitre was educated at The Ladies' College before studying for a degree in Sports Science.  A keen swimmer, she has represented both Guernsey and Great Britain at an International level. Helen is now passionate about helping girls to fulfil their potential, whatever it may be, and hopes that every girl benefits from having sport as a part of their lives, as she has done.

Miss Johnson

BSc Hons Sport and Exercise Science Birmingham, PGCE, QTS, Birmingham

Elena Johnson is also alumna of the College and studied Physical Education and Religious Studies in the Sixth Form here. She is a keen badminton player and represented Guernsey at the recent Island Games in Gilbratar. She has also represented England junior and university level at the Commonwealth Games. She is a keen to ensure that young people in Guernsey make the most of the fantastic sporting opportunities available here. 

Ms Dudin

BSc (Joint) Hons, Surrey, PGCE

Elizabeth Dudin was educated in England and studied Sports Science and Geography before going on to do her PGCE in P.E.  She joined the Ladies' College in April 2010. Elizabeth is a keen hockey player, who has represented the Island Team. She also enjoys running in her free time and has completed half marathons and marathons. Elizabeth enjoys teaching and running co-curricular clubs at The Ladies' College and is in charge of the Melrose "Juniors" Physical Education.

Mrs Chamberlain

BA Hons University of Winchester, NPQML, QTS

Rebecca Chamberlain was educated in Guernsey before studying for a degree in Primary Education at Winchester University. A keen sportswoman, she has represented Guernsey and the Channel Islands in Netball, Hockey and Football. She was also selected to attend England Netball trials and West County Hockey trials. Rebecca is eager to support girls in understanding the many benefits of taking part in physical education.
