IT Updates

Planned works will go ahead Friday 3rd May.

 

Key points:

- Works will start at 9am and are expected to last for about 5 hours. During this time, two server restarts will result in disruption including connectivity. We are currently expecting all systems to remain up and running until 3pm when all access to the internet and Microsoft online services will go offline.

- This is likely to include some disruption to wired connections as well as WiFi.

- Following the second server restart, all passwords will need to be reset. For students we are advising them not to attempt to log back in until Saturday lunchtime.

**Attention All Students and Staff**

We are pleased to announce that this weekends IT updates have been successfully applied. The majority of our users should now be able to access OneDrive, Teams, and other services using their new passwords.

However, we are aware that there are a few accounts that are not fully syncing. Our IT team is actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

If you encounter any difficulties logging into your systems, please do not hesitate to reach out for support. Send an email detailing your issue to itadmin@ladiescollege.ac.gg and we will assist you as soon as we can.
