Mr Beasley - Head of Information Technology and E-Safety

Mr Beasley began his teaching career in 1998 in Lancashire following a number of years working in the tourism industry. He moved to Guernsey in 2011 employed in a similar role as here at The Ladies' College. He brings a vast amount of experience in the delivery of curruiculum IT and has the skills to deliver education in a digital environment. He is passionate about future proofing the skills of the students so they can benefit and support their education in this modern world but also empowering them so they understand how to remain safe when online.

Mr Andrade - IT Technician
BTEC Level 2 Information and Creative Technology, MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Certified 2020, MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals - Certified 2020
After moving to the island from Portugal in 2017, Mr Andrade joined the IT Technical Team as a technician in 2019 from studying at the Guernsey College of Further Education. He has experience in working on both the software and hardware sides of IT and has a working knowledge in Photoshop, Spreadsheets, HTML, CSS, Access Databases and IT Security.
Mr Batiste - IT Technician
A-level in Computer Science
Mr Batiste joined the College IT Technical Team in 2021, he joined us from the private sector and has a working knowledge of Information Security, Thin Clients, Office 365 Administration, IT Hardware and an understanding of programming.
Miss Simon - IT/Web Design Specialist
BTEC National Diploma IT, GNVQ IT, Diploma in Web Design
Miss Simon studied GNVQ ICT Level 2 and BTEC National Diploma Level 3 for IT Practitioners at the Guernsey College of Further Education and promptly joined The Ladies' College. As well as assisting with the technical aspects she creates Graphics/Promotional Materials for events and publications.
