Location

Nestled in the heart of St Peter Port, The Ladies' College is set on a vibrant, unified campus that brings together Melrose—our Pre-School and Junior School—our Senior School, and Sixth Form. The site has grown and evolved considerably since its establishment in 1962.

The beautiful Georgian building, home to Melrose, stands proudly alongside modern facilities developed over recent years, including the purpose-built Leaf Centre—our standalone Sixth Form Centre—dedicated Art and Drama spaces, and the impressive Wessex Wing, which houses classrooms, Music practice rooms, a spacious library, a green room, refectory (The Core), and beautifully landscaped areas. 

Our latest addition is a thoughtfully restored building accommodating a Photography dark room and Food Technology classroom.

The Guild Field, generously gifted by our Alumni Association (formerly known as The Guild), offers a much loved green space that is enjoyed by students across all age groups.
