AGM & Summer Tea Party
10.00, The Ladies College Green Room
The AGM will be followed by coffee/tea and light refreshments in the Core and the GCSE and A-Level art exhibition will also be available for viewing.
The charge is £5.00 and there will be a raffle. All money collected will go towards paying for the Denbigh Room in the Wessex Wing. We are still aiming to hit our target for this year of £5,000.
A Guild v College rounders match will be held on the field at about 11.30 am. Please let me know if you would like to play in the Guild team.
The event is open to all: Guild members, non-members, their partners, friends and children, but only Guild members can vote at the AGM. To assist us with catering we would appreciate advance notice of those wishing to attend so please reply to the email that was sent.
