10:15 at Beau Sejour, in the David Ferguson Hall
Attendance is compulsory and all students must arrive in the Concourse by 09.45, wearing full summer uniform.
Tickets for guests are limited and are available on a 'first come first served' basis with an initial maximum (but not guaranteed) number of two per family. Please contact Mrs Bampton (abampton@ladiescollege.ac.gg) at the College office to obtain your tickets. You will receive an email when tickets are ready for collection from Reception. If you require an additional ticket for a family member, please ask and your name will be placed on a waiting list.
We would like to make you aware that if you arrive at Beau Sejour on the day of the event with no prebooked ticket, you may be turned away. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we are required to adhere to the Health & Safety guidelines relevant to the capacity of the hall at Beau Sejour.
All parents and girls are invited to join the Board of Governors and colleagues for refreshments in the Concourse afterwards.
